The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same, nor would you want to.” ~~ Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

No matter how difficult the challenges we face in life are, it is important to know that you are not alone. Whether you are facing the homicide of a loved one, depression, addiction,  home invasion, being held at gunpoint,  divorce, social anxiety, cutting and self-injury, domestic violence, or sexual abuse,  seeking help is the best way to help you return to who you are.  Seeking help is a sign of strength and perseverance…not a sign of weakness.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have been victims of crime. I have have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as multiple other  therapies.

If you or your child need to talk to someone or are in need of some assistance please call me at 214-883-7073.
